Ahead PDF to Image Converter FAQ
Q: Do I need Adobe Acrobat software to use Ahead PDF to Image?
A: No, Ahead PDF to Image is a standalone application.
Q: Why I can’t open JPEG compressed TIFF Images Using Windows Picture and Fax Viewer in Windows XP?
A: If you convert PDF files to TIFF images with JPEG compress, when you try to open them in WinXP using Windows Picture and FAX Viewer, you may get the message: "No preview available." This is because Windows Picture and Fax Viewer in Windows XP uses Windows Graphics Device Interface (GDI+). But it does not support TIFF format compressed by JPEG algorithm. You can use third-party software such as photoshop to open the JPEG compressed TIFF Images.
Q: Where is the generated Image file saved?
A: The generated Image file folder will be displayed in the Status column, and you can click to open the folder. You can also click the Open button to open the output folder where the Image file is saved.
Q: What are the limitations of the free trial version?
A: The trial version can only process the first 3 pages from your original PDF file. To use this software fully without limits, you need to purchase and register your copy of the software.
